Federation of Tax Advisers
The FTA was founded in 1997 to provide taxpayers with security when dealing with a tax agent. Agents who are members of the FTA are required to comply with a Code of Conduct and to have Professional Indemnity Insurance. They must also keep themselves up to date with changes in tax law through continuing professional development. The FTA provides tax information to the public and its members through regular briefings, tax tips, Budget updates and an annual software survey. Clients of FTA members can be confident that their tax affairs are dealt with competently and in a professional manner.
Institute of Financial Accountants
The Institute of Financial Accountants was established in 1916 and is the oldest body of non Chartered Accountants in the world. It represents members and students in more than 80 countries, providing qualifications for those wishing to work in financial management and continuous professional development for qualified Financial Accountants. The Institute sets technical and ethical standards for all their members. Increasingly the qualification is being recognised as a stepping-stone to other qualifications with exemptions available from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and from some university degree courses. Even the routes to membership are flexible including accreditation for prior learning.
Our mission is to provide a quality service with a friendly
approach and to become partners in our client's success.
